LegalEligibility Schedule

Jurisdiction & Eligibility Schedule

Last updated: Feb 23, 2026

This schedule defines high-level eligibility and jurisdiction controls. It is dynamic and may be updated at any time without prior notice to reflect legal, sanctions, licensing, risk, and operational requirements.

1. Baseline eligibility

  • Age of majority in your jurisdiction, and never below 18.
  • Legal capacity to contract and to engage in the products offered.
  • Passing all required verification, sanctions, and compliance checks.

2. Prohibited participants

You are prohibited from use if you are sanctioned, blocked, listed by a competent authority, acting on behalf of a blocked person, using forged or synthetic identity data, or otherwise failing legal and compliance eligibility checks.

3. Restricted jurisdictions

Access may be prohibited or limited in any jurisdiction where products are not permitted, where Pariflow lacks necessary legal basis, or where risk/compliance controls require restriction. Jurisdiction access may differ by product or feature.

4. Sanctions and embargoed territories

Persons located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in sanctioned or embargoed territories may be blocked. Screening may include IP intelligence, device telemetry, geolocation, payment rails, and behavioral analytics.

5. Anti-circumvention

Use of VPN, proxy routing, remote desktop relays, spoofed geolocation, mule accounts, nominee structures, or any obfuscation method to bypass controls is strictly prohibited. Detected circumvention attempts may result in immediate suspension and account closure.

6. Enhanced due diligence jurisdictions

Certain jurisdictions or participant profiles may require enhanced due diligence, including additional identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, beneficial ownership evidence, and periodic revalidation.

7. Ongoing eligibility monitoring

Eligibility is not one-time. Pariflow may reassess at any time and may apply limits, close-only status, withdrawal holds, or deactivation where risk posture changes.

8. User duty to self-assess legality

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use remains lawful in your jurisdiction, including local financial, tax, licensing, and consumer laws. Pariflow does not provide legal advice regarding your local obligations.
